Tyler is from Marshalltown, Iowa. After playing football and basketball in high school a knack for long snapping allowed him the opportunity to walk on to the Iowa Hawkeyes.
As a 4 year starter at long snapper for the Hawks, his career was highlighted by the infamous fake field goal in the blowout win over Ohio St. in 2017. Polecat was born, meow.
Tyler now lives in Waukee, Iowa with his wife Lauren and makes a living coaching Crossfit and personal training
