I was actually one of your April Fast Fit Challenge people. I just wanted to thank you for the experience. I work in a filters warehouse and we have been beyond busy but I still did the workouts and followed the intermittent fasting and I feel so much better. Because of Tyler’s inspiration and help, during the month of May, I committed to running a marathon every 2 weeks in addition to my workouts. This is crazy for me because I haven’t ran much in the last 10 years and I was so out of shape before the April Challenge. Right now, I am 3 miles away from my 2nd marathon this month and I have lowered my average mile time but 4 1/2 minutes this month. I’m still following the fast and doing variations of the workouts now after almost two months and my wife tells me that my body is changing shape, in a good way. "I have tried other diet and exercise plans in the past and while I’ve had success I always found it hard to maintain. I always falter after a while because of lack of total calories, wrong exercise routine or sometimes even a simple lack of motivation. "The 30 Day Challenge was an amazing experience for me. Before starting the intermittent fasting and tracking my food and calories I was experiencing blood sugar drops that would leave me feeling weak, hungry and wanting to eat everything in my house. Since completing the 30 Day Challenge I don’t experience these drops or wild cravings. Not only did I lose a good amount of weight, but I have more energy and focus. The work-outs are also a great resource to help hold me accountable to keep moving especially since I can’t go to the gym.
